Lead Based Paint Testing: CAAs have Certified Risk Assessors qualified to perform lead testing in homes built before 1978. Available in Region II, Region IV, and Region VI.

Reverse Mortgage Program: CAA staff assist senior citizens in evaluating the benefits of a reverse mortgage. A reverse mortgage is a loan that can provide monthly income. The mortgage/loan is paid off when the home is sold. Available in Region I, Region II, Region V and Region VIII)

Shelter House: Provides temporary safe housing for women and children who are homeless due to domestic violence, eviction or lack of money. Available in Region IV.

Shelter Plus Care: A program that assists homeless individuals and families with disabilities to obtain safe and secure housing and supportive services. Available in Region I, Region II, Region III, Region IV, Region V, Region VII and Region VIII.

Tri-State Help Program: A program that provides emergency and supportive services to individuals and their families living with HIV/AIDS in ND. Available at all Community Action Association Regions statewide.
