Give Coats: It’s no secret it gets cold here in ND so if you’ve got extra or outgrown winter coats lying around, donate them to a family in need. Churches and schools throughout the state collect and distribute coats so find one in your area.
Donate Food or Groceries: Often canned goods do more harm than help so if you’re able, consider getting a gift card to a local grocery store to give to a charity in your area. They’re easier to store and to distribute and families can buy what they need.
Get Involved: One of the best ways to give back is to donate your timewhether a family needs rent money or help with tutoring you can make a difference so get involved in your community to suss out the need.
